How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our detailed size chart which factors in height, weight, and chest measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more competitive, compressive fit.
What is your return policy for triathlon gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and socks must have the protective seal intact.
How should I care for my neoprene products?
After every use, rinse your wetsuit or neoprene accessories in fresh water and hang them to dry inside out, away from direct sunlight. Avoid using chemical detergents or washing machines.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred courier service.
Is there a warranty on Zone3 products?
All Zone3 products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage such as fingernail tears in neoprene or general wear and tear.
