At Zone3, we are committed to ensuring you have the best gear for your training and racing. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
